Step 3. First Visit
Scheduling your dog's first day of school:
ALL new clients must schedule a new client appointment prior to any reservation. This appointment includes a brief tour
and a trial daycare day!
Our new client on boarding process has been specifically designed and structured by experienced pet professionals for the best success possible for new pack members!
1. ALL forms (PDF) are required to be filled out and submitted by your scheduled new client appointment.
All dogs must be neutered or spayed by 6 months of age. Cozy, comfy & just like home we are a 100% socializing pet resort and have a zero tolerance policy for aggressive, destructive or disruptive behaviors. Our resort will not be a good fit for these more sensitive personalities.
2. Dogs are up to date with required vaccinations (see below). Copies of vaccine records required.
3. A deposit of $40.00 per dog is required to reserve your new client appointment. New client appointments are select days only booked in advanced.
4. The Trial day of daycare begins with your brief tour at 10:30am, pick-up time is at 4:30pm

First a complementary private tour where your dog(s) joins you to check out the resort .Go over ins/outs of 1st day. (15 minutes)

Next, Mom/Dad will leave & we begin the trial day of daycare from 10:45am- 4:30pm. The trial day is focused on making sure we are a good fit for your dog’s care and to get them introduced into the pack at their own pace.

Pick-up will be at 4:30pm with a full update.
Once the trial day of daycare is complete and your dog has become a member of the pack, you can request services as often as needed. Certain personalities may need more trial days of daycare to establish a routine with us first prior to a first boarding for best success, please plan accordingly. We always have every dog's best interests in mind.

It is not recommended that you board or socialize a puppy prior to all of their puppy booster series being completed normally this is completed at 12 weeks, check with your vet ahead of time
Spay/Neuter Requirements
Required at 6 months of age
Due to our social play setting and accommodations intact males and females can cause an upset with the group play dynamic.
Requirements by Appointment Type
Trial Daycare Day:
6 hours minimum (dogs only)
A trial day of daycare that takes place immediately following your tour where we assess your dog(s) behavior one on one throughout the day to make sure we are a good fit for them and they can get more familiar with us. $40.00 per dog
-Current vaccine records (Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, Fecal test, Heart worm test, Flea, Tick & Heartworm preventives are all required)
-Treats or food if they eat during the hours they will be playing. Keep in mind some dogs get distracted and will not eat when there is something more fun to do.
-Leash (non-retractable please!)
*This appointment required for all new clients and new dogs/puppies added to the family*
New Client Appointments
We close the resort for a private meeting & tour of our facility for you & your dog
-Bring your dog(s)
-Current required vaccine records (Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, Fecal test, Heart worm test, Flea, Tick & Heartworm preventives are all required)
-All of our forms filled out including Client information sheet, grooming agreement, Policies, & credit card form, feeding & medication forms. All clients fill out these forms as part of our policies.
Dog Daycare
Drop-off scheduled between 7:00am-9:55am
Pick-up scheduled between 4:00pm-6:55pm (4:00pm-5:55pm on Saturdays)
No daycare on Sundays
-Current vaccine records (Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, Fecal test, Heart worm test, Flea, Tick & Heartworm preventives are all required)
-Treats or food if they eat during the hours they will be playing. Remember some dogs get distracted and will not eat.
-Leash
-Vaccines updated when they expire (owner's responsibility to know when they expire)
24 hour notice required to avoid a late booking fee of $5.00
$5.00 per minute past 10am or 7pm (Saturday 6pm) for drop-off or pick-up
Dog Boarding
Drop-off or Pick-up scheduled between
7:00am-9:55am or 4:00pm-6:55pm (4:00pm-5:55pm on Saturdays)
No drop-off or Pick-up on Sundays
-40% deposit required to reserve, non-refundable 7 days prior to scheduled drop-off if cancelled.
-Current vaccine records (Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, Fecal test, Heart worm test, Flea, Tick & Heartworm preventives are all required)
-Only food or anything that is required for a diet is allowed, dry food must be bagged in gallon sized ziplocs or individual portioned meal bags. NO FOOD CONTAINERS OR WHOLE DOG FOOD BAGS bagging fees will be applied. We will have to give them back to you for storage purposes.
-Bring completed Client information sheet, policies, grooming agreement, feeding instructions, medication instructions & credit card form.
-NO PERSONAL BELONGINGS this is for health and safety reasons. All bowls, beds, blankets, toys, shampoos & treats will be provided for your dogs.
24 hour notice required to avoid a late booking fee of $10.00
$5.00 per minute late past 10am or 7pm (Saturday 6pm) for drop-off or pick-up

Occurs during a scheduled day of daycare or during overnight stays
Drop-off or Pick-up scheduled between

-Provide a photo of your freshly groomed dog or a reference photo
-Paperwork filled out with notes if any allergies, quirks, or injuries.
